At 7Heaven Creations, every product is created with dedication and love. All sales are final. We do not accept exchanges, cancellations, or returns. If you have any questions or problems with your order, please contact us immediately.

🔄 Size Exchange Policy for our Shirts:

You have 72 hours from the time your order is marked as delivered to request a size exchange.

📌 Conditions:
• The garment must be unworn, unwashed, and with its tag in perfect condition, just as you received it.
• We do not accept returns on personalized items or sale items unless they arrived with a manufacturing defect.
• Shipping costs for exchanges are the responsibility of the customer, unless the error was ours. Therefore, we recommend that you carefully read the size information available on our website.
• Exchanges will be made only for the same garment in a different size. If you do not want the garment, you will receive store credit. We do not offer refunds.

If you need a different size, we'd be happy to help. Contact us within the specified timeframe and we'll guide you through the process.

🚫 Defective Items or Order Errors:

Please inspect your order upon receipt. If your product arrived damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order with photos of the product and the packaging tag. We are committed to resolving this as soon as possible.

Returns are valid on defective items and order errors as long as the items are in the same condition as when received and have not been used. We will be responsible for the return shipping costs, provided it was our error; otherwise, the return will not be processed.

❌ Cancellation Fee:

Please note that we do not accept cancellations, although we may make exceptions in some cases. If you wish to cancel your order, you must request it within 24 hours of purchase.
