At 7Heaven Creations, we are committed to processing your orders efficiently and diligently. Our policy states that all orders will be prepared within 7 to 10 business days of purchase. However, we often process orders more quickly. Delivery time excludes processing time. Shipments are made every Tuesday and Friday, and delivery can take approximately 2 days to 2 weeks (excluding weekends and bank holidays), depending on your location. This is because we ship our products directly from our distribution centers to keep costs down. Please note that delivery times may vary depending on shipping volume.

The shipping time you select at checkout only applies to the shipping speed of your order. Our delivery time remains the same regardless of the shipping speed you choose.

Please be aware that once your order has shipped, USPS does not scan all locations. Check the tracking number on the USPS website. If there are any delays or problems with your shipment, contact your nearest post office.

LOST PACKAGES/DAMAGED SHIPMENTS:

7Heaven Creations is not responsible for errors made by USPS, FedEx, UPS, or DHL, and this does not reflect our commitment to our customers. What happens after your shipment leaves our warehouse is beyond our control. For added security, we recommend selecting the Priority Mail option, which provides insurance for your order, as we are not responsible for lost, stolen, or undelivered packages if you do not have insurance.

* If your order appears as delivered but you haven't received it yet, please allow at least one week to check for its arrival.

It is important that you verify your address, as the shipment will be delivered to the address you provided. This includes addresses on PayPal, our shop, and our website. Any package returned due to incorrect addresses will be reshipped, and the cost will be the buyer's responsibility and will not be eligible for a refund.
